How to view / refund credit card transactions for online ticket purchases

Tickets purchased online are processed a little differently than at the POS.  For this, a processing platform called is used.  To view any credit card processing charges done online:

  1. Go to > Sign in > Merchants.  Input your login ID and password.
  2. Go to Reports > Choose "Settled Transactions" at the type and then choose the appropriate date and run the report.
  3. Click on the "Transaction ID" field at which point it will drill down into the transaction.  You will see a "Refund" button in the upper left-hand corner.

If you want to view more than a single days worth of transactions click on the "Transactions Statistics" on the left-hand side.

This is used less for refunding transactions and more for the sake of reconciling your credit card processing dollars.
