Printer is Printing Two (2) Receipt Copies

When you tender and click on print receipt, 2 copies of the receipt prints out instead of 1, your system is set to automatically print a receipt. If you prefer that the register prints it automatically you don't have to click the print button if it prompts for it, just click on the Close button. 

But if you prefer that the system does not print the receipt automatically, disable the immediate print in the register template.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to disable the immediate print in the register template. 

  1. Login to Cloud Retailer.
  2. Click on Admin located on the left.
  3. Click on Device/ register list.
  4. Click on a register you are having issues with and click on edit selected Registers
  5. Scroll down until you see the document set column and click on the square button on the right of the document set. It is showing "Standard OPOS Template" in the screenshot below but this can be different from yours. 
  6. Remove the checkmark on the immediate print column for Sales Receipt. 
And you are done.
