(401) Unauthorized Error on Sync

If you're getting the error message "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.", like this:

You're likely suffering from one of the following issues:

1)  Your authentication token is incorrect.  Copy and paste it from the device properties.

2)  Your "Web Address" has a typo in it.  It should be "http://<instancename>.cloudretailer.com:4012/~<instancename/DataService.svc" where instance name is the name of your store.

3)  The specific register / device you're attempting to sync, or the token you're using has been disabled - confirm they are enabled on the device properties page.
