Basic Troubleshooting on a Card Defender Pax terminal - (S300, PX5, PX7)

There are some basic things you can do if you have issues with processing credit cards with Card Defender.

1. Exit out of the POS and go back in.
2. Reboot the computer.
3. Power-cycle the credit card terminal - This will involve pulling the power cable from the back of the credit card terminal or from the outlet.  You only need to have it off for one moment.
