Q: What are reserved points?
A: Loyalty points will be reserved when a customer has a pending transaction or an active order. This prevents using the same allocated points twice at another location or register. Once the transaction or order has been completed, canceled or voided, the reserved points will be released, consumed or refunded to the customer.
